Social campaign that bangs
the drum for teaching in Bradford.
Following on from previous successes, this animation campaign was a team effort between Little Motel and The Specialists. Together we created a series of films for social that spelt out the reasons to train to teach.
Teaching is never dull, and we wanted to reflect this in the campaign. So we sculpted a fast-paced script that packed a punch and immediately caught attention on social feeds. Between them, the films have over 100,000 views, spreading the enthusiasm for schools in Bradford far and wide.
Time was short for this campaign, so we used existing photos and videos with quick-fire text graphics. The mix of visuals reveals the diversity of a teacher’s day and all the young lives they shape. Featuring the teaching ambassadors added a personal touch as well as some familiarity for the audience.
To maximise use and views, we produced a one-minute film plus four shorter cuts, each around 15 seconds. While the films are mostly watched without sound, we added a dynamic drum track that adds drama and emotion.
