Since we started Little Motel back in 2015, we’ve always strived to do business the right way. Both with creating a place where people are happy working, as well as making a positive impact on the communities and environment around us.

We offset our carbon footprint via Ecologi
We’re officially a carbon friendly workforce. After doing a good amount of research, we’ve signed up to Ecologi. There’s a lot of carbon offsetting schemes out there, but we loved Ecologi. It offsets our entire carbon footprint, both in the office and at home, plus another 15% to make sure we’re carbon positive. We also get to see the real-life projects we’re contributing to. Starling Bank
Building on our renewable energy supplier, Octopus, we’ve also taken the decision to switch our banking to Starling bank. They believe good business and ethics go hand in hand. As a financial institution, they better reflect our personal ethics and business goals. They are committed to pursuing ecological sustainability and combating climate change, as well as gender equality and inclusivity.
