Bradford Teaching Social Campaign
We developed this social campaign, encouraging graduates to teach in Bradford. We’re over the moon with how the project has been received across social media. The films have over 100,000 views across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, performing better than any Bradford for Teaching content before.
The series of films reveals the rewards of teaching in Bradford. It builds on Bradford for Teaching’s earlier work with teaching ambassadors. Working with Communications team The Specialists, we interviewed six teachers, each with a unique view on teaching in Bradford. Our team then meticulously cut responses to craft short edits, up to 30-seconds long. Perfect for social media.

We filmed the teachers on a green screen at a studio. That meant we could add bright hand-illustrated graphics, giving the films a playful style. The text also lets people enjoy the films without sound – a common obstacle with social media campaigns.
Alongside the illustrations, we also evolved the Bradford for Teaching brand colours. The bold colours make sure their content pops on social media feeds, catching the attention of aspiring teachers.
